Prices

• Prices for products are quoted on our website. We make every effort to ensure that the product information is accurate and correct. All prices and charges shown on this website are shown in UK pounds sterling. Prices include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges, and are subject to change at any time. The website may contain a large number of products and it is always possible that some of the prices on the website may be incorrect. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that a product's correct price will be stated when you pay for the product.
• In addition to the price of the products, you will have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated when you pay for the product.
• Payment must usually be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.
• The prices on the website include all value added taxes (where applicable).
• Payment for all products must be made by:
• Credit card or debit card OR any method detailed on the website from time to time, made in UK pounds sterling.
• Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts which have come into force.
• All delivery charges are included in the total amount payable which you will have the opportunity to check before confirming your order. We reserve the right to change delivery prices due to varying changes out of our control.

Delivery  of Goods

• We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order. All UK retail deliveries are sent via Royal Mail standard First Class delivery. We aim to deliver within 3-5 business working days, but please allow up to 14 days for exceptional circumstances before contacting us.
• We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages to retail or wholesale deliveries if an incomplete or incorrect address is supplied.
• We will endeavour to deliver your goods as soon as possible and will try to meet your delivery instructions. We will make every effort to deliver your goods within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable or offer any compensation for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
• If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us by email and we will contact our couriers on your behalf, alternatively we will give you your consignment number for you to use their online tracking system to monitor your delivery providing tracking information is offered.
• Whilst we deliver our products world-wide, please allow up to 14-21 days to receive the goods. Should the goods not arrive within this time please contact us by email and we will investigate the situation. However if it turns out that the delivery address issued is not correct then you will be liable for any extra cost incurred.

Duty payments

• Any goods shipped from the United Kingdom, where JC Racing Products is based. If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged when the shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; JC Racing Products advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please note that cross-border shipments are often subject to inspection by customs authorities.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: You may also be responsible for payment of import duties to your local authority. Please note that for many countries, we are required to declare the total value of goods shipped, even when that order is a gift.
• Unfortunately, the actions of individual Customs Authorities are out of our control, the purchaser is responsible and we accept no liability for their actions

Return of Goods

• We believe that you will be delighted with your goods; however, in the event of you feeling that it is necessary to return the goods we will keep the process as simple as possible.
• You can return your goods in their original condition to JC Racing Products., within 7 days of receipt of goods. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us, so it is our recommendation that you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature on delivery. Please Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods JC Racing Products reserves the right to refuse return.
• Our 7-day returns policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return goods in original condition within 7 days of the date you received goods, unused and in original packaging with contents in the condition they were delivered. We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the goods only, excluding Packaging and Handling, delivery costs incurred by the company and any transaction fees.
• Note: in the event of JC Racing Products sending you a replacement for a faulty or defective item, you may be required to return the original item or provide evidence of the said fault this must be reported within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
• Once items have been used goods cannot be returned without good reason.

Risk of Ownership

• The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon the later of:
• (a) Delivery of the products; and
• (b) Receipt by us of full payment of all sums due in respect of the products (including delivery charges).
• Until ownership of the products has passed to you, you will possess the products as our fiduciary agent and bailee, you will store the products separately from other goods, will ensure that the products are clearly identifiable as belonging to us, and you will ensure that they are properly stored in a safe, dry and clean environment.
• We will be entitled to recover payment for the products even where ownership has not passed to you.

Customer Services

• In the first instance please contact JC Racing Products by phone/email or in writing stating clearly the nature of your query.
• Your query will be dealt with within 7 working days by one of the Customer Services Team.
• If for any reason a decision cannot be made within 7 working days, we will investigate your query thoroughly and keep you updated as to its progress.
• If we find that your query is not valid you will be contacted stating the reasons for our findings.
• Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

Warranties

• For the avoidance of doubt, any warranties do not cover any defect in the products arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or a third party, use otherwise than in accordance with the manufacturer's or our instructions or recommendations, or any alteration carried out by you or any third party.

Our responsibility to you

• We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
• We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
• You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.
• We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
• We make every possible effort to illustrate size and dimensions in our product descriptions. All sizes are based on assembled and pre-assembled measurements, and therefore approximate and may vary slightly. Product descriptions and images are for sole identity of the products.
• When moulding and branding we endeavour to re-produce from images as close as possible however, colours can vary and in certain circumstances out of our control.
